A little Christmas magic. A little indulgence. Very good company. You asked, we listened. And because apparently one retreat wasn't enough this year, we're doing it again. This time, with a little Christmas twist! 🎅🏾🤭

We're taking Baws to Tallinn for a spontaneous weekend filled with festive cheer, relaxation, laughter and really good company.

And for the first time, we're inviting the gentlemen along too! Whether you're bringing your partner, your bestie or simply yourself, this Christmas getaway is open to everyone. Because good vibes and Christmas magic are even better when shared. 🎁🎄

Think charming Christmas markets, twinkling lights, cosy mornings, spa time 🧖🏾‍♀️ , Christmas baking and conversations that turn strangers into friends.

No packed schedules. No pressure to do anything but enjoy yourself. Just two nights away from everyday responsibilities, surrounded by good people who appreciate the art of slowing down and enjoying life.

Because sometimes, the best gift you can give yourself, or someone else, is a change of scenery and really good company. 🥰

  • Flights to and from Tallinn
  • Airport transfers
  • Lunches, dinners and other personal expenses
  • Any additional activities outside the programme

Guests are responsible for booking their own flights and airport transfers. We'll share recommended flight options to help make planning easier.

Your Christmas getaway investment

5,500 SEK per person, including all scheduled activities

The price is based on two people sharing a room.

Room arrangements

Shared rooms will be allocated by gender to ensure everyone's comfort and privacy. Travelling with a partner or someone you'd prefer to share with? Simply let us know when booking, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, including mixed-gender room sharing by mutual agreement.

Prefer a little more privacy? A private room is available for an additional 1,500 SEK for the entire stay.

Important booking dates

18 October: Last day to book at the early offer of 5,500 SEK per person.

19–27 October: Bookings remain open at the regular price of 6,500 SEK per person.

27 October: Final day to book, subject to availability.

When registering, you'll be able to select your preferred room arrangement and indicate whether there's someone you'd like to share a room with.

A little note from Baws ❤️

This wasn't something we had planned. But after the beautiful experience we shared in Montenegro and the requests for another getaway, how could we say no?

Baws has always been about bringing women together, creating meaningful connections and experiences worth remembering. And while women will always be at the heart of what we do, we also believe some experiences are even better when we invite others into the mix. This Christmas getaway is one of them!

The Baws retreat experience | Good to know

Limited spots. Once we're fully booked, we're truly fully booked.

Our retreats are intimate, curated experiences built around connection, comfort and mutual respect. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Booking & payments

Your spot is secured upon confirmed payment or the first instalment. Bookings are subject to the cancellation terms communicated at checkout and applicable consumer law. Transfers to another guest require prior approval and may involve additional costs.

All payments must be made by the stated deadlines. Overdue payments may incur legally permitted interest and collection fees. Unpaid balances may be referred to debt collection following appropriate notice.

Health, safety & personal responsibility

All guests must hold valid travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, cancellations and unexpected travel disruptions.

Guests participate in activities at their own discretion and are responsible for their personal choices, conduct and wellbeing. Any illness, injury, accident, loss or additional expense arising from circumstances outside the organiser's legal responsibility remains the guest's responsibility.

Guests are responsible for medical treatment, medication, personal transport and other individual expenses, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Please inform us of any allergies or relevant accessibility requirements when booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Respect, conduct & early departure

Baws is committed to creating a safe, welcoming and respectful environment for everyone.

Harassment, threatening or aggressive behaviour, serious intoxication, illegal activities, repeated disruption or conduct that compromises the safety or wellbeing of others will not be tolerated.

Baws reserves the right, where reasonably necessary and legally permitted, to exclude a guest from activities or require them to leave the retreat in cases of serious misconduct.

Guests removed due to their own serious misconduct may be responsible for reasonable, documented additional costs directly caused by their behaviour, including alternative accommodation or return travel. Any refund will be assessed in accordance with applicable law.

Changes & unexpected circumstances

We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the itinerary, activities or arrangements when necessary. Significant changes and cancellations will be handled in accordance with applicable travel and consumer laws.

Guests who voluntarily leave early are responsible for their own alternative arrangements and related expenses, subject to their statutory rights.

Schedule is preliminary and may be subject to minor adjustments. As guests are arranging their own flights they are responsible for ensuring their arrival and departure times work with the programme.

Photography & content

Photos and videos may be captured during the retreat for Baws communications and marketing, subject to applicable privacy laws. Please contact us if you prefer not to be featured.

A final note

By booking, you agree to respect fellow guests, local laws, accommodation rules and the retreat programme. Our goal is simple: a memorable experience where everyone feels comfortable, respected and free to enjoy themselves.
